Founded in June 2008, the Gattefossé Company Foundation is present in two of Gattefossé's business fields: health and cosmetics.

The Foundation’s mission is rooted in know-how built up by the company since 1880 in galenical science and in plant biology. It expresses the values that underpin Gattefossé's corporate identity: sharing and passing on know-how, curiosity and an open attitude to the outside world.

The Gattefossé Foundation's aim is to contribute to progress in galenical science and plant biology in the search for more effective drugs and cosmetic-care products.

It works for the benefit of all, not least the powerless and the destitute. This is why the Foundation is also putting its expertise to work for those who need it or who cannot otherwise access it.
